Emily Haver is a writer originally from Seattle who is currently based in Taipei, where by day she works at an educational magazine, and by night she creates new worlds in theatre. She is a playwright, actor, director, and producer who collaborates across cultures, making ensemble and experimentation-based work that provokes social questions and is emotionally grounded.

With a master's degree in Intercultural Communication Studies from Shanghai Theatre Academy, she brings creativity, communication, and storytelling to the various projects and communities she is involved with. She is passionate about how the power of stories and art can impact people and be a catalyst for climate action, and is excited to be using her communication skills for all things social media at ClimArts.
