Legal Terms of Fellowship.

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

  1. This contract sets out your and our legal rights and responsibilities in relation to Picture the Change program (the “Fellowship”). By enrolling for our Fellowship, you agree to be legally bound by:

    (a) these legal terms; and 

    (b) our code of conduct (available to view on our website www.climarts.org). 

  2. These terms were last updated on 2 November 2023. Historic versions can be obtained by contacting us via the online form on our website. 

  3. We may update these terms without prior notice to you. If we do, the version of the terms that shall apply to your Fellowship shall be those on our website at the time you applied for your Fellowship. You can determine when we last updated these terms by referring to the ‘Last updated’ statement above or clause 1.2 above.

2. ABOUT CLIMARTS

  1. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms refers to us, ClimArts, and any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ in these terms refers to the person or entity applying to join the Fellowship. 

  2. Picture the Change is presented by ClimArts. ClimArts is a platform that connects climate experts with artists enabling them to collaborate, create, and share evidence-based climate stories. 

  3. “ClimArts” is the trading name of ClimArts ED CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales under registration number 13832218 with registered office at 49 Kings Avenue, London, England, N10 1PA.
