With over 16 years of experience in program management and strategy leadership in the Life Sciences and Pharma sectors, Neelambaree has successfully led cross-functional teams across Asia, Europe, and the US and built strong partnerships.In her most recent corporate role, she led the post-acquisition development and integration of a USD 155 million portfolio across 70 countries. Notably, she spearheaded the COVID response for a critical care portfolio of  medicines, working closely with government bodies to prioritize public health.

She is an Odissi dancer and teacher, based in London.
In 2022, Neelambaree transitioned from corporate life to focus on climate communications, founding ClimArts.She holds an MSc in Pharmacology from the University of Oxford and certifications in Climate Change and Project Management. She is also a mentor and investor for Aspire For Her, a social startup in India.Exposed to classical music and dance since childhood and trained as a scientist and an Odissi dancer, Neelambaree aims to leverage the potency of arts as a communication tool to make climate solutions accessible and relatable. Her unique blend of corporate experience, scientific background, and artistic sensibility positions her as a dynamic and inclusive leader in the changing culture of climate communication.
